REAG s.n.c. was established in 1980 and covers an area of 11,000 sq. m. (of which 6,500 sq. m. are covered), with a design office and various processing departments.
The company is commercially present over the whole national territory, with prestigious clients testifying the true quality of the products that REAG can supply.
In view of the nature of our products (in particular, light precision carpentry and electrical resistances), we can say that we operate in a technologically advanced sector. The production program is directed by a group of highly specialized technicians, who are in turn coordinated by an expert management team, in order to respond to the varied and growing market needs as efficiently as possible.
The REAG structure consists of: technical office because right at the very start of the design phase the focus is placed on quality [(we are certified UNI EN ISO 9001; 2000 ISO 9001;2000)]; administration office with qualified personnel in every strategic position of the company; workshop where the carpentry department is equipped with sophisticated machine tools making it possible to control production in order to achieve a high level of product quality and reliability.
Electronic Resistances Division
The main production lines of our resistances department are: aluminium cast resistances with and without cooling;
bronze cast resistances suited for high temperatures; insulated or gridded ceramic resistances, suited for power of up
to 8W/sq. cm. of useful surface; band resistances made from plate with super-band for powers up to 4W/sq. cm. of useful
surface; heating cables with shielded sheath max 180°C — in PVC max 80°C; armour-plated immersion resistances;
watertight resistances for nozzles, D. 25 mm. X 25 mmH. with step 5 mm. on two values up to a maximum of D. 50 mm. X 50 mmH.,
1 m. cable; NORMAX or ULTRAMAX cartridge resistances; anti-condensation resistances in stainless steel or paint
finished cage; infra-red resistances with power ranging from 150W up to a maximum of 1000W (with support and parabola on
request); bi-polar plugs, earthed 25A-380V in press—cast aluminium—fruit in ceramic or with grip and fruit in silicon or
with grip in fibre-glass reinforced plastic and fruit in ceramic; stainless steel cable terminal; PT 100 thermo-resistances and
thermocouples; connectors for thermocouples and thermo-resistances male/female type K — Y, DIN — ANSI
regulations.
